Nathan D. Young Construction, Inc. was established in April of 1998 after Nathan completed his Bachelor of Science in Economic Theory and Political Science at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. NDY, Inc. was established to provide clients with the opportunity for quality remodels and the highest level of craftsmanship. Over the years we have focused on creating quality spaces for quality people.
This is achieved by using the best qualified sub-contractors who, like us, are very aware of what it takes to produce quality and craftsmanship on every project. Our sub-contractors are client-conscious and understand the importance of building your dream spaces — cleanliness, respect of your needs, strong communication, and high attention to detail.
Construction projects are very demanding for both the homeowner and the contractor. As a homeowner you want to have a project take place with the least amount of confusion to your normal routine. You want to have schedules met, problems solved and a general contractor who can work with you and understand your needs. As a general contractor, and more importantly as a craftsman, I take my job very seriously. Any project or task that Nathan D. Young Construction, Inc. performs will be with only the best of intent and highest quality craftsmanship.
Construction projects are very complicated and full of challenges: estimates, contracts, time-lines, unexpected delays, change orders, and x-factors. The key to success is to have a good, open working relationship. The keys to a good working relationship are trust, clear communication, honesty, and a strong contractual agreement. Trust and communication are the biggest part of any relationship and honesty is what builds trust. A strong contractual agreement helps to guide us through this very complex process of building your dreams.
I want you to know that I am not looking for jobs. I am looking for clients. Contact me here to get started.
